Working together with a coach, offers a fresh perspective on challenges you are facing, an opportunity to receive informed answers to some of your questions as well as encouragement and support on your path of self-discovery and growth. We’ll work together to uncover obstacles that hold you back or stand in your way and to develop solutions as well as new approaches to life. I employ various techniques like mindfulness, visualizations, CBT*, ACT**, self-help and self-development tools and adapt the sessions to the individual needs of each client. E-coaching combines the benefits of a personal coaching session with the comfort of being in your preferred environment (for instance your home). I conduct e-sessions mostly via WhatsApp, Telegram or Zoom.
